This Daycare service is available to anyone for any reason. Leave your child with us so you can take care of some business, or to just relax and recharge.
Having your own time is important and sometimes necessary to appreciate and enjoy your children.

| ●Application Process for Aoba |

From 2 months old up to 6th Grade (Elementary school age).

Please visit Ai-Port beforehand to become a member.
◇- Registration time: Monday through Saturday 09:00 - 17:00
◇- Required items upon registration: 500 yen as an annual membership fee, ID of a guardian to confirm address and name such as driver’s license, health insurance card(hokensho), or passport etc., children medical support card(nyuujiiryousyou)/medical insurance card (iryousho)/mothers and children health handbook (boshitecho) if the child is under one year old.

| ■Making Reservations■■■ |
After becoming a member, please make a reservation for daycare. Reservations can be made up to a month in advance, but no later than the morning of the day before. Reservations can be made by telephone or in person.
●Reservations for Sundays and holidays will be closed a week before.
(For Sundays, no later than 17:00 on Saturdays of the week before.)

| ●When Using the Daycare Service |
| ■Things to Bring■■■ |
Change of clothes, Diapers, Wipes, Plastic bags (2 sheets), Drinks, Milk, Milk bottle, Lunch box or meal, Snack, Bib for meal time, Hand towels, Bath towel for nap time.
＊ Please bring necessary items that your child requires and/or prefers.
＊ Please put your child’s name clearly on all belongings.

Please bring your child’s meals. Even for short time daycare use, please bring drinks (tea etc.) and snacks.

| ■Paperwork for the Use of Service■■■ |
You are required to fill in the daycare form before we receive your child. The information you provide us serves an important source for staff members.
Please give us details of your child’s condition on that day. We would like to respect your child’s daily routine as much as possible during the daycare.
◇Emergency numbers should be provided.
◇Please let us know if you want your child to have a meal or take a nap at a certain time.

| ■Cancellation Policy■■■ |
Previously, the deadline for cancellation was 17:00 hours of the previous day; this will be changed to 17:00 hours of the two previous working days of the reservation date. If you cancel after this deadline, cancellation fee will be charged.

＊Cancellation fee will remain at 50% of the total cost of your reservation hour(s).
|
＊We will take reservations from a month in advance to noon of the previous day. Reservations are likely to fill up very quickly and we advise you to make them as early as possible.

| ■Upon arrival■■■ |
１.Hand in your membership card at the front desk.
２.Complete the daycare form by filling in your child's current condition, such as temperature and mood.
３.Put the name sticker on your child.
４.Please pre-pay the child care fee for your reserved time.
５.Take the completed form to Aoba(don't forget to bring your child's shoes if he/she is able to play outside)
６.Put your child's belongings into the baskets with your child's name in Aoba.
７.Hand over the day-care form to the receiving staff and give special instructions, if any.

| ■Upon pick-up■■■ |
１.Retrieve your membership card at the front desk. If your pick-up time is overdue for more than 6 minutes by the front desk clock, you will be charged an overtime fee for every 30 minutes.
２.Pick up your child at Aoba.
３.Oral and written report on your child's day will be available from the delivering staff.
４.Remove the name sticker from your child.
５.Make sure to take all your child 's belongings.

＊Please be on time for reservation. Contact us before reservation time if you have to come late to drop off or pick up your child.
＊As a basic rule, we cannot accept a sick child or administer medication to any child.
＊A guardian must accompany the child at the time of arrival and departure.A staff member will always attend to your child. You must inform us beforehand if somebody else is coming to pick up your child instead of a guardian.
※We cannot hand over your child to anyone other than the guardian unless there is an advanced notice.
It is possible that some problems may occur among children from time to time. During the natural process of your child’s growth and development, this has significant functions in many cases.
Please just be aware of this possibility when you use the daycare service.
